Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 June 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Audience Blueprint Pte. Ltd. ("Audience Blueprint", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you visit audienceblueprint.pro, submit an enquiry through our contact form, engage our audience programmes or otherwise interact with our Singapore B2B audience strategy agency services. We are committed to handling personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore ("PDPA") and applicable subsidiary legislation. Audience Blueprint is a research-led strategy agency focused on segment mapping, persona architecture and targeting layer planning — we are not a recruitment agency, not a job placement service and not a personal career advisory provider.

2. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through audienceblueprint.pro, our Prudential Tower agency at Cecil Street, email correspondence, telephone communications and client engagements relating to our professional audience strategy services, audience programmes, corporate strategy retainers, audience diagnostic sessions and strategy blueprint deliverable projects. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from our site, nor to personal data processed by clients when they use audience intelligence or segment mapping outputs we produce on their behalf — such processing is governed by the client's own privacy policies and internal data governance frameworks.
By using our website or submitting personal data to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required under the PDPA, we will obtain it through clear affirmative action — for example, ticking the consent checkbox on our contact form before submission. Our contact form subject options include Blueprint enquiry, Audience programme request, Corporate strategy retainer and General inquiry; the subject you select helps us route your enquiry appropriately but does not change how we protect your personal data under this policy.
This policy also covers data collected during in-person or virtual sessions at our Cecil Street studio, including workshop participation in segment mapping exercises, persona architecture reviews and blueprint grid planning sessions where attendees may share business contact information and professional role details relevant to audience strategy work.
3. Personal data we collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data depending on how you interact with Audience Blueprint:
3.1 Website visitors
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, session duration and general geographic location derived from IP address.
- Cookie data: preferences stored in the ab_cookie_consent cookie and related essential or analytics cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Navigation data: which programme pages, service descriptions and FAQ sections you access, helping us understand aggregate interest in audience diagnostic, segment testing and message-market fit content.
3.2 Enquiry and contact form submissions
- Identity and contact data: full name, email address, telephone number (if provided), company name (if included in your message).
- Communication data: subject line selected (Blueprint enquiry, Audience programme request, Corporate strategy retainer or General inquiry), message content and timestamp of submission.
- Consent records: confirmation that you consented to PDPA processing at the time of submission.
3.3 Clients and programme participants
- Business contact data: names, job titles, work email addresses and work telephone numbers of client representatives involved in audience programmes, strategic audience retainers and strategy blueprint deliverable engagements.
- Engagement data: programme scope documents, audience diagnostic notes, segment mapping outputs, persona architecture drafts, targeting layer schedules, blueprint grid frameworks, segment testing reports and message-market fit recommendations shared during engagements.
- Research participation data: where clients involve their customers or stakeholders in Singapore B2B research activities we facilitate, we process contact details and responses only as instructed by the client and in accordance with the engagement agreement.
- Billing data: company billing address, purchase order references and payment-related correspondence processed through our accounting systems.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data as defined under the PDPA (such as data relating to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health conditions or biometric identifiers) through our website or standard agency services. Please do not submit sensitive personal data through our contact form. Audience Blueprint does not request CVs, employment histories or candidate profiles — we are an audience strategy agency, not a recruitment provider.
4. How we collect personal data
We collect personal data through the following means:
- Directly from you when you complete our contact form, send email to [email protected] or [email protected], call our Cecil Street office or visit our Prudential Tower agency studio.
- Automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse audienceblueprint.pro, subject to your cookie preferences stored in ab_cookie_consent.
- From publicly available business directories or professional networking platforms where you have made business contact information publicly available and we have a legitimate interest in contacting you about relevant audience strategy services, segment mapping programmes or research-led strategy support.
- From client representatives who provide contact details of colleagues involved in audience programme delivery, blueprint grid workshops or segment testing review sessions.
- During audience diagnostic interviews, stakeholder mapping sessions and persona architecture workshops conducted as part of scoped engagements, where participants voluntarily share professional information relevant to targeting layer design.
5. Purposes of collection, use and disclosure
We collect, use and disclose personal data for the following purposes:
- Responding to Blueprint enquiries, Audience programme requests, Corporate strategy retainer discussions and General inquiries submitted through our website or email.
- Scoping, delivering and administering audience programmes, audience planning sprints, fixed strategy projects, corporate strategy retainers and advisory sessions at our Cecil Street studio.
- Conducting audience diagnostic work, segment mapping, persona architecture development, targeting layer planning, blueprint grid documentation and segment testing coordination for active clients.
- Preparing strategy blueprint deliverables, audience intelligence summaries and message-market fit recommendations within agreed engagement scope.
- Processing invoices, maintaining financial records and fulfilling contractual obligations.
- Improving our website, understanding aggregate site usage patterns through analytics cookies (where consented) and maintaining site security.
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations under Singapore law, including ACRA reporting requirements and responding to lawful requests from public authorities.
- Protecting our legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, enforcement of our Terms of Service and defence of legal claims.
We will not use your personal data for purposes incompatible with those described above without notifying you and, where required, obtaining your consent. We do not use personal data to match job seekers with employers, to build recruitment databases or to sell contact lists to third-party recruiters.
6. Legal bases for processing
Under the PDPA, we rely on the following bases for processing personal data:
- Consent: Where you tick the PDPA consent checkbox on our contact form or explicitly agree to specific processing activities, such as participating in optional Singapore B2B research interviews facilitated on behalf of a client.
- Contractual necessity: Where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you or take pre-contractual steps at your request — for example, scoping an audience programme proposal or preparing a strategy blueprint deliverable outline.
- Legitimate interests: Where processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests — such as website security, aggregate analytics, maintaining audience intelligence methodology records and B2B outreach to professionals who may benefit from our Prudential Tower agency services — provided those interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
- Legal obligation: Where processing is required to comply with applicable Singapore law.
7. Disclosure of personal data
We may disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients, subject to appropriate safeguards:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that operate the servers on which audienceblueprint.pro is hosted.
- Email and communication service providers used to deliver and receive business correspondence.
- Analytics service providers, where you have consented to analytics cookies through ab_cookie_consent.
- Professional advisers including lawyers and accountants, bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Subcontractors or freelance research specialists engaged to deliver specific audience programme deliverables — such as survey facilitation, interview transcription or segment mapping visualisation — under contractual confidentiality and data protection terms.
- Public authorities, regulators or law enforcement where required by Singapore law or a valid legal process.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not share personal data with recruitment agencies, headhunters, employment platforms or unrelated marketing list brokers. Client audience intelligence and segment mapping outputs remain confidential to the engagement unless disclosure is authorised by the client or required by law.
8. Cross-border transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas — for example, to cloud hosting regions or analytics infrastructure — we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA. This may include contractual clauses requiring the recipient to implement appropriate security measures and process data only on our instructions. Clients engaging us for APAC-wide audience strategy work should note that research participants or stakeholder contacts in other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local data protection laws, and we address such requirements in engagement agreements where applicable.
9. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law:
- Contact form submissions from enquiries that do not proceed to engagement: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
- Client engagement records, audience programme documentation, blueprint grid files, segment testing reports and billing data: duration of engagement plus seven years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
- Cookie consent preferences (ab_cookie_consent): six months from the date consent was recorded, after which the cookie banner will reappear.
- Server logs and security records: typically up to 12 months, unless required for incident investigation.
- Workshop materials and persona architecture drafts: retained according to the signed engagement agreement, typically for the engagement period plus 12 months for reference unless the client requests earlier deletion.
10. Data security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. These measures include access controls limiting personal data access to authorised personnel at our Cecil Street studio and remote team members with a legitimate need, secure hosting infrastructure, encrypted connections (HTTPS) for data transmitted through audienceblueprint.pro and staff awareness of PDPA obligations.
Audience intelligence outputs, segment mapping documents and strategy blueprint deliverables shared with clients are transmitted through agreed secure channels specified in engagement agreements. While we take data security seriously, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of personal data transmitted to us online.
11. Your rights under the PDPA
Subject to exceptions under the PDPA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request access to personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed within the past year.
- Correction: Request correction of personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent, understanding that this may affect our ability to provide certain services.
- Data portability: Where applicable, request a copy of personal data you provided in a commonly used machine-readable format.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with sufficient detail to identify you and the personal data concerned. We may request verification of identity before processing your request. We aim to respond within 30 days, or inform you if an extension is required under the PDPA.
If you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with the PDPA, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore after first giving us an opportunity to address your concern.
12. Marketing communications
Audience Blueprint may send occasional email updates about audience programmes, service format changes, segment mapping methodology insights or Singapore B2B research observations to business contacts who have engaged with us or consented to receive such communications. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe mechanism. Our communications relate exclusively to professional audience strategy, research-led strategy and targeting layer services — we do not send recruitment opportunities, job alerts, career coaching content or employment placement messaging.
13. Children's data
Our services are directed at business professionals and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact [email protected] and we will take steps to delete it promptly.
14. Third-party links
audienceblueprint.pro may contain links to third-party websites such as social media platforms, research tools or partner resources referenced in our audience intelligence methodology content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements or business operations at our Prudential Tower agency. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on audienceblueprint.pro or, where appropriate, by email to active clients. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, except where further consent is required under the PDPA.
